My Favorite Sapling

April 15, 2024

Cleared more area behind the front berm, working our way down to the wetlands. I love this pretty little tree that’s already spent a lifetime seeking light.

Once we’re done removing the larger Honeysuckle, I’ll wind back around for Multi-Flora Rose. With the warmer spring, it looks like I’ll be pulling Garlic Mustard soon as well.

My third pass will be for small Honeysuckle saplings, Privet and Wintergreen that has spread into one area. Autumn Olive is already gone in this area too, thankfully!
